- All reservations are taken by phone. (519) 238 2014 (NO ONLINE BOOKING AVAILABLE)
- Reservation Desk Open 8:30 am to 10:00 pm daily
- Check In Time after 3:00 pm
- Check Out Time by 11:00 am
- No unregistered guests after 10 pm
- For cancellations we require 72 hours in advance of check in date or one night will be charged.
- Group Bookings of 4 or more rooms require 30 days for cancellation otherwise one night will be charged for all rooms booked
- No Smoking in any motel room $250 will be charged to your room
- No Pets Please $250 charge to your room
- We are a quiet family owned and operated business. We cater to couples and families
- Sorry we do not rent to groups of young people under the age of 25 at any time of year
- Maximum of 4 adults per room
- Pool Hours 10 am to 10 pm
- One parking spot per room in peak season months.
- After 11pm please respect and reduce noise levels and be mindful of others trying to sleep

- Deposit of $300 required
- Reservation Desk Open 8:30 am to 10:00 pm daily
- Check In Time after 4:00 pm
- Check Out Time by 11:00 am
- No unregistered guests after 10 pm
- For cancellations we require six weeks in advance of check in date or deposit is forfeit
- No Smoking in any cottage $250 will be charged to your room
- No Pets Please $250 charge to your cottage
